Pushed out of land and homes which had been in their families for centuries. NATO officials made it happen amidst chaos, deliberately driving women, children, and disabled seniors out of their homes during extreme cold weather conditions, using deliberate starvation policies; approximately 2.6 million civilians (including children) died, and thousands of toddlers and children were left to fend for themselves, forever. Did you ever read about any of this in high school? College? Anywhere? No one ever tells you about what happened to the 14 million completely innocent Germans.
