The Supreme Court, which ordered Alabama to create a second Black opportunity district just three years ago, has lifted that order one week before the primary. The Purcell principle says courts shouldn't permit chaos too close to an election—it's now an open question as to whether there will even be a primary on schedule.

Trump: "I've settled eight wars and actually nine and now it looks like we could have 10."

Reporter: Why focus on all these projects as gas prices are soaring? Trump: Such a stupid question. You can understand dirt better than I can baby but I don’t allow it.

Q: Are you considering going back to Project Freedom now that gas prices are more than $4.50? TRUMP: No. Gas prices have come down today. Have you looked? They came down very substantially today. The stock market is way up.



Q: The average price of gas is $4.50. How long are Americans supposed to accept this? Do you think it will affect Republicans' majorities in the midterms? RUBIO: I'm not gonna speculate on politics. It's obviously being driven by global events. We're very fortunate that the US is the largest net exporter of oil. We've been insulated to some degree.

Rep. Buddy Carter calls for Georgia officials to toss out already cast votes: "We need to suspend the House races and go ahead and redistrict so that Georgians would be represented in the next two years by people who represent their values. Georgia is a Republican state. We need to remember that."
