Dear Rules Vice Chair @RepMcGovern: Please remove the Sunshine Protection Act from the Motor Vehicle Modernization Act, or amend it to permanent Standard Time. Permanent Daylight Saving Time would dangerously darken mornings and deprive sleep, which cost lives when last tried.
