Some guy tipped me ten dollars in quarters, and I’m still trying to figure out what kind of person thinks that’s acceptable. I just finished a DoorDash order, and he casually mentions he forgot to tip in the app—which, fine, not ideal, whatever. Then he dramatically pulls out a literal roll of quarters like he’s handing me the crown jewels. He looks me dead in the eye and says, “Sorry man, I didn’t tip on the app, this is all I’ve got.” Yeah, thanks. I love holding a handful of coins like it’s 1998. I don’t use change. I’m not a parking meter. I’m not walking around with rolls of quarters or dumping them into a Coinstar just to get the money I already earned. I took it because arguing over coins isn’t how I planned to spend my day, but that doesn’t make it okay. Tipping in quarters is peak absurdity. Tip in the app, tip in bills, tip digitally—literally anything that doesn’t involve me schlepping around loose metal. Acting like this is normal? Pure comedy. And yes, no one should ever think a pocketful of coins counts as a tip.

Trump is not Xi, he's not Putin, he's not Stalin. He doesn't have the patience, the energy, or the organizational discipline to build a true infrastructure of authoritarianism. And he's up against a system that's worked for 250 years and isn't going down without a fight. So here's my prediction: by the end of 2028 he becomes largely irrelevant. -He'll make billions of $$$. -He'll pardon himself. -He'll pardon the family, pardon everyone in his orbit who's been doing the insider trading, the meme coins, the crypto nonsense, the corruption. The one scenario that changes everything is if he dies in office. God forbid — I'm not wishing that on anyone. But if Vance takes over and eventually gets ousted, the family is in serious trouble. You can't hide multi-billion dollar corruption without a sitting president to issue the pardons. That's the whole architecture of the exit strategy and I think he's thought about it more carefully than people realize.

This man is in Phoenix, Arizona visiting his daughter. It is 108* there!🥵 He noticed this unit on top of her house and wondered why it isn’t on the ground like most houses. He asked her and she said that was the way it was when they bought the house. Why would this be on top of the roof? I’ve lived in 5 different states and never seen them on the roof. And notice how big it is, it’s huge! Why would they be on the roof? What’s the reasoning? And 108*? Are people really digging a 108* weather? Could you handle that?

We keep seeing California disaster stories. This one we weren’t expecting. San Diego spent nearly $1 billion on a desalination plant after a 1990s drought nearly broke their water supply. It’s the largest plant of its kind in North America. Today it runs at one-third capacity. Not because it failed — because San Diego has more water than it needs. Arizona and Nevada are negotiating to help fund full operations. In exchange, San Diego transfers water rights that could help 500,000 people through drought years. San Diego prepared for this decades ago. Now other states may end up depending on it. How many stories like this exist that never make the timeline?
