It’s another STEM Friday in Room 31 and this time we were practicing our civil engineering skills 👷🏻‍♀️This group was so proud of their “bone” bridge that was able to withstand the weight of 17+ Starbursts! It could have held more but the Starbursts kept falling 🤣 Go team!

It’s another STEM Friday! Students learned about density with these DIY lava lamps. We had a blast!

We had such a blast designing, creating, and testing our foil boats during today’s STEM lesson. Way to go, CG Engineers! 🛶🤔

Thank you @quizizz for helping us review our rules and procedures at the end of our first week together. We had so much fun, we played it twice!

So great to see kids working together again! This was a challenging but fun team building activity!

We had so much fun starting our owl pellet dissection lab. Tomorrow we'll try to identify the types of prey the owl ate based on the bones we uncovered yesterday!

Today was a blast and MUCH needed. We had so much fun giving our students their math manipulatives and seeing their faces when they realized we are, in fact, real people 😭♥️@FlorisSchool

A day 1 that I am grateful for, but it would be okay if the next first day of school was back in the classroom 😂 My kiddos were full of love & resilience today - I am proud to be their teacher. These littles are world changers. We are in this together! @FlorisSchool
