Thank you @TDSB for creating the DLL program and giving us the opportunity to learn about digital tools that engage the classroom. This year we are grateful to work with @UIEC_Tdsb to centre Indigenous voices in our work and present our posters at #TDSBUL25!

These coloured spots have been a hit to engage our kindergarteners and primary students when sitting on the carpet during music class! They love them!

Thank you @TdsbTll & @AppleEDU for giving us the opportunity to collaborate alongside BTs to enhance our pedagogy of assessment with technology! A great session learning how to use the keynote app as a resourceful tool for Ss to demonstrate their learning effectively!

It was so cool seeing @XMovement_ and their AussieX team teach our @CPSpanthersTDSB students how to play Australian football using the footy (their version of a football) this week! @MsEYuen

It was also great to have local small businesses set up their vendor tables! Can’t wait for next year’s Fun Fair!

On May 24th, Clairlea’s Asian Student Alliance (CASA) hosted an assembly to honour Asian Heritage Month! The audience was mesmerized by the performances and hard work that these CASA members put into the entire assembly. Well done CASA! @CPSpanthersTDSB @MsEYuen @FrancineNFrench

Thanks for doing the story @ColinDMello. On May 28, I will be speaking my language in the chamber for the first time.

This session changed the outlook I had on the dandelion. I learned about the benefits of all parts of a dandelion, how Indigenous people cherish this plant and how we can even use it to inquire about math with the building thinking classrooms pedagogy! Miigwetch💚 @UIEC_Tdsb!!

We had so much fun at yesterday’s Mental Health and Well-being morning with different stations including henna, friendship bracelets-making, sports and bubbles as well! 10-5-2-1-0, these are the numbers you need to know! #IntoKidsHealth @TOPublicHealth

Last week, some of @CPSpanthersTDSB Ss had the privilege of watching PanFest organized by @TDSB_Arts! Well done to all the schools that performed on the steel pans and thank you to the Arts Department for providing this opportunity!

Chi-miigwech to the @UIEC_Tdsb & @EGBrickWorks for coordinating one of the best PD’s I’ve attended. Grateful, rejuvenated, curious & inspired for the land-based learning that I’ll bring back to the classroom & ended up buying the pocket guide to identify plants with Ss at school!
