I spent 8yrs coaching high school
& some of the best coaches I have coached against in my career were HS coaches. Some never caught the breaks that I have, but to see 3 (Oats, Hurley & Keatts) former HS Coaches make it to the F4 should serve as an inspiration to every HS Coach!

He would clip up video of our HS players and put them on CDs to hand out at the Final 4. We saved every $ for a flight and sleep on other coaches floors/couches in hopes to network.
He is coaching Alabama in the Final 4. Inspiration. Hard work wins 💯
