@SiennaSSinclair The 4th Caliph tried to change that and allowed anyone to convert without requiring the Mawali system. This led to civil war and eventually his death. You should read George Jordac's book Voice of Human Justice. He was a Christian historian who wrote about this. 2/2

@SiennaSSinclair But paying Jizya also resolved you of your responsibilities of joining the Muslims army. But I don't disagree one of the reasons they weren't allowed to convert was so they can collect the tax. And that was wrong. The Mawali system was also wrong. 1/2

@SiennaSSinclair How did Islam, the faith, expand amongst the Persians? It wasnt by force. Even when the Persians wanted to convert they weren't allowed to unless they were adopted by an Arab tribe. This course is contrary to Islamic beliefs. Anyone can convert. But this led to the Mawali class.

ترامب في خطابه البارحة أشاد بالسعودية و الامير محمد بن سلمان لكنه ذكر جملة التقطها البعض و روجوا إنها إساءة للأمير محمد ، و ذلك بسبب ضعف ثقافتهم و إطلاعهم على عادات و كلام الدول الأخرى.
و الذي يعيش في أمريكا يعرف إن الجملة التي ذكرها ترامب تُطلق على (الشخص المُتملق).
و من كلام ترامب يظهر إن الرؤساء الذين قابلهم تملقوا له و لرؤوساء أمريكا السابقين بإستثناء محمد بن سلمان الذي لم يتملق له ، و إذا تتذكروا يوجد لقاء بين محمد بن سلمان و ترامب و الأخير سأل الأمير من أفضل رئيس أمريكي برأيك و جاء رد الأمير بذكر ثلاث رؤوساء ليس من بينهم ترامب ، وقتها ترامب ظهر عليه التعجب و الإحباط لإنه كان يتوقع أن يكون جواب الأمير هو( ترامب).
و أكمل ترامب في معرض كلامه في خطابه البارحة (إن الأمير محمد بن سلمان يجب أن يكون لطيفاً معه) و من بعدها قال( على السعودية أن تلتحق بالتطبيع و السلام الابراهيمي) و يتضح من ذلك إن ترامب حاول بكل الطرق إقناع السعودية و الامير محمد يطبعوا مع إسرائيل لكن الأخير لم يخضع و رده كان حاداً و ليس لطيفاً مع ترامب ، لذلك ترامب في نهاية كلامه قال ( إن الأمير محمد بن سلمان قوي و شجاع و جريء) و هذا يعني إن الأمير شخصيته أقوى من الرؤوساء الذين مروا على ترامب و خضعوا لكلامه و مدحوه و تملقوا له.
لذا كلام ترامب البارحة مدح للسعودية و للأمير محمد و ليس ذماً لهم.
