We hope to see much more from the university on our proposals around international researcher rights, length and security of postdoc appointments, and enforceable protections against harassment, discrimination, and abuse.

On Monday, we delivered a petition signed by hundreds of postdocs, grad students, faculty, undergrads, and other community members calling for Princeton to commit to emergency funding and to agree to workplace protections to give more security to postdocs!

Princeton postdocs deserve improved job security through a fair contract, especially in the face of funding uncertainty.
