AI needs to be criminalised. Caught using AI as a lawyer? Disbarment. Using it as a doctor? Lose your medical license.

Healthy anger helps motivates us to overcome fear and act when we see injustice. Stigmatizing anger as inherently destructive would be a huge mistake with serious consequenses.

“we’re not angry enough” is off. it’s more that we aren’t organized enough. what is anger with nowhere to go? nothing to do? we won’t spontaneously combust our way out of what’s to come. what’s already here. take the fact of yesterday on the chin. build today, for tomorrow.

I learned this through the “self-soothing” aspect of DBT I used to think candles, flowers, wall art, even plants and animals, etc were wasteful expenses but now they’re important parts of my mental wellbeing, which also translates to physical wellbeing
