Aside from the fact that I didn’t mention meat… Not everyone has the means or time to cook whole foods. I’ve been grateful Tofu prices haven’t skyrocketed like everything else, but I’m also aware that quick dinners like frozen premade foods or box food items (eg hamburger helper) are what many families have to eat because of their available time and finances.

A Boardman resident spent three years unknowingly drinking well water with nitrate levels five times the legal limit. 30+ data centers have been built in Boardman since 2011. During Covid lockdowns I launched Reopen America Project working with lawmakers and advocates from Oregon to the Midwest and down to Florida. While I was doing that Patti Adair gave Kate Brown a B+ for handling the pandemic. I fought vaccine mandates and defeated HB 3063 in 2019. While I was helping protect Oregon families, Patti Adair joined then-state Rep. Janelle Bynum and the bills chief sponsor Cheri Helt, a Bend state representative. I have always fought against mandates and draconian measures that harm the American people. And, when I’m in Congress I will move mountains to bring accountability and harsh punitive actions against the people who conspired in the lockdowns and other insidious events that have been inflicted on us all.

It’s been fascinating to see people want to just keep tribalism for our voting. I want to un-maga-ify the Republican Party. Either you believe those people can change their mind or you don’t, but picking when you think that’s possible based on a theoretical hidden belief set is wild.
