Sweet Mama’s Sticky Southern Baked Chicken Legs Ingredients 8 chicken drumsticks 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp melted butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange chicken drumsticks in a baking dish in a single layer. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, melted butter, garlic, and all seasonings until well combined. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, spoon sauce over the chicken, then return to bake for another 20–25 minutes until caramelized and sticky. Broil for 3–5 minutes for extra glaze and slight char (optional). Let rest a few minutes, then serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
