In our final event of the day, the 400 Free Relay of William, Caleb, Cole, and Jonah dropped 2.18 seconds from their seed to finish 14th in 3:17.20! Jonah's anchor split of 46.83 moves him to 4th on our all-time list! The Rams finished 14th as a team with 82 points!

Duncan swam a second sub-minute 100 Breast finishing 13th in 59.85!

Another title and another meet record for Max, this time in the para 100 Back in a time of 1:05.72!

William swam hard in the A Final of the 100 Back to finish 8th in 53.39!

Swimming in the B Final of the 100 Back, Jonah swam 52.93 to finish 12th.

The 200 Free Relay team of Rowan, Caleb, Cole, and Duncan shaved .36 off their seed time to finish 14th in 1:29.33!

In the 100 Fly, Jonah swam 49.87 to finish 4th and William swam 50.81 to finish 7th! Awesome to see two Rams on the podium!

Duncan swam tough in the 50 Free to finish 16th in 21.97!

Max is the state champion and new state record holder in the para 50 Free with a time of 26.14!

In the first race of the day William, Duncan, Jonah, and Rowan shaved .18 off their seed time to finish in a tie for 7th in the Medley Relay in 1:34.62!

In our last swim of the night, Duncan shaved 1.02 seconds off his seed time to grab the 11th seed for finals tomorrow in 59.27!

In the 100 Back, William dropped 1.56 seconds from last week to grab the 8th seed for tomorrow in 51.75, now the 3rd best swim in team history! Jonah added .23 but still made the B Final with an 11th seed of 52.69!

In the 100 Free, Rowan showed a lot of grit to finish 29th in 49.78, improving 1 place on his seed from last week!
