So far, caving on mass deportations and "carve outs" for whole classes of illegal aliens is exactly what's happening. Mullin taking over at DHS is also a step backward. If the current course continues, this won't end well

Bovino has implied that his resignation was not entirely voluntary. He vowed to carry out legitimate "mass deportations," which is the highly-favored aggressive immigration policy that Trump campaigned on and won with. What used to be "We will physically remove 20 million invaders; it will be the largest deportation operation in history," has become, "We're going to stop using the word 'mass deportations' and only arrest the 'criminal' illegals, maybe not even deport them. What frustrates me most is that the mass deportations we were promised haven’t happened.
