@RMailQuery Just a copy and paste response. I registered a complaint with you clowns about a missing signed for item which you lost and heard absolutley nothing from the delivery office about this. Nobody gives a damn in Royal Mail anymore. A delivery service that doesn't deliver

Why does @RoyalMail not accept any comments under their posts. They are the biggest scammers. NHS appointment missed due to a letter not received which was sent on 12th December and only received today!!

@BBCWatchdog #bbcwatchdog. @RoyalMail is 100% telling staff to prioritise packets over mail and I,an ex postie, get mail once a week at best. Date stamps show how they are holding mail back. Those at the Top are blatantly lying. Fines are laughed at. Cheaper than delivering mail

I don't think @RoyalMail can blame staff shortages for TWO cheque books going missing within the SAME month in a postcode that is not even on the list (CR4) Police have been contacted-someone must be intercepting them at @RoyalMail & they have the cheek to put stamp prices up!

@RoyalMail since when have you employed Doc Brown & Marty to collect parcels?? Organised a collection for Monday, missed. So then tried again for today only not to turn up. Just checked email from yourselves from Monday saying couldn’t collect Wednesday as no one home??!! How???

Is there any point to @RoyalMail ? Went to a Post Office on Monday to post a letter, told them that it needed to be delivered as soon as possible. They said Tracked 24 (I had missed the collection) and I paid £5.75. According to RM tracking it hasn’t even left the PO yet!
