Why can’t I log into my Smart Home account @SALUS_Controls ? Just went wrong this morning. Has anybody else had the same problem?

@SALUS_Controls Hi, I did this as you suggested back on 04/10/2022 & received absolutely zero, sent it 3 times since infact. I guess the answer is ‘no’ then so I need to find an alternate manufacturer, or just one who could respond would be a start….

@SALUS_Controls hi guys, is it possible to “pair” a Salus RF remote mains switch to work with 2 receiver units or do they only link on a 1:1 transmit/receive basis? Thanks

@Benwking82 Hi, the issue we have had was to do with a domain certificate and nothing to do with account password verification. It looks like that could be an issue with your account. Please raise a support ticket for my attention (Steve) and I will look into it for you.

@GeorgeDickPlumb Our iT500 app is down, we have sent an update to apple to resolve the issues, this shall take aprox 5 days to authorise.

Experience with RT510RF from @SALUS_Controls is not good. Request heating every 5-10 minutes which is duplicating consumption of fuel. Is this normal?

@Samanth36874211 @Samanth36874211 RT500RF and the receiver has a red light then it doesn't sound faulty. If you are making a command and not getting the green light then they need paired together salus-controls.com/files/RT500RF-…

@SALUS_Controls RT500, the receiver has a constant red light. Sounds like I need to replace both then?

@SALUS_Controls can a newer model thermostat be paired with an older model receiver?

@SALUS_Controls I was promised a thermostat from you nearly 2 months ago. It still hasn't arrived and you are ignoring my emails. Please can you enlighten me as to what has happened here? Your product has a 5 yr warranty I believe, and I it worked for less than 1 yr! #Imfreezing
