Abdirashid Said already had a prior conviction for Medicaid fraud. The judge who let him out with no restrictions is Judge Juan G. Hoyos. The fugitive has a wife and child in Africa. Hennepin County is where the George Floyd and anti-ICE riots were allowed to happen by Democrats in power.
