On a very bad shortwave propagation day, parts of the 1430-1500 UTC broadcast, 9955 kHz from WRMI Florida, were audible and decodable via an SDR in Tennessee. (You can see the deep fades in the images.)

During the 2300-2330 UTC broadcast, 9455 kHz from WRMI Florida, interesting effects via an SDR in Alberta are either because of problems with the SDR, or breaks in the internet connection between the SDR and here. Not a shortwave issue. Fuzziness direct *is* shortwave issue

The Wednesday 1330-1400 UTC broadcast, 15770 kHz from WRMI Florida, was absent due to a transmitter. The WINB website offers a way to hear/decode program 440 (until Thursday). Look for Shortwave Radiogram and click on the P triangle ... winb.com/bypgmsch.html

@fifou93971 Merci Philippe. That tells us that it was a transmitter problem, and not a schedule change with 15770 signing off at 1330 UTC.
