Getting a job is actually not bad advice. I know most people don't want to hear it, but you're probably better off getting a job than still spending time and money in the memecoin trenches, glazing randoms for WL spots, or doing $20 USD per post InfoFi campaigns. Get a job. Do crypto on the side. Once you gain momentum, go full-time. Don't quit crypto, there are still tons of opportunities to change your life. But it can take time

Humans are taking jobs back from AI.
▫️ Starbucks shut down its Automated Counting system. The idea was to use cameras and AI to automatically track inventory and cut costs. After a few months, it became clear the system didn't work in practice, and the company went back to manual counting.
▫️ Fintech company Klarna fired 700 customer support workers and said AI would handle it. Customer service quality tanked so badly that the CEO had to publicly admit the mistake and start bringing humans back.
▫️ IBM explored replacing some routine office work with AI. But then... the company announced plans to triple its entry-level hiring in the US in 2026. "And yes, these are exactly the roles we're told AI can do" the head of HR said.
▫️ Uber blew through its entire annual Claude Code budget in under 4 months. "Savings" weren’t actually savings. Leadership openly said they'd need to talk about token costs versus headcount.
▫️ Duolingo replaced part of its team with AI and got flooded with complaints about errors and lesson quality. They haven't brought anyone back yet, but angry users are threatening to cancel their subscriptions because they don't want to pay for "AI slop".
The general trend: companies are realizing that replacing humans with AI is not as simple as it looked on paper.
The AI boom is cooling down a bit.
A wave of impulsive, poorly thought-out decisions is getting a reality check.
And... looks like biological humans are still needed.
Research firms like Gartner and other analysts predict that half of the companies that cut workers for AI will rehire them by 2027.

Most personalization systems in AI rely on scaling models or storing large amounts of user specific data , which quickly becomes inefficient, costly, and privacy sensitive.
@TheARCTERMINAL ML takes a different approach through ZKURT v3, where personalization is treated as a compression problem rather than a scaling problem.
Instead of expanding model size per user, ZKURT v3 encodes behavioral patterns, preferences, and interaction style into a compact 57.8KB cognitive fingerprint using a rank-8 tensor-train structure. This representation captures how a user thinks, not just what they say — spanning topics, context, and communication style in a structured format.
The result is a system that achieves high alignment across tasks and models without requiring fine-tuning or exposing raw user data. Personalization becomes portable, lightweight, and consistent across different frontier and open-weight models.
