IM28 will devastate South Dakota's ability to fund essential services of government, including public safety and education. The idea was to get rid of tax on food, but it gets rid of tax on way, way more, including tobacco and anything consumed.

@sipka9699 @ScottOdenbach It also allowed me to sell my house for more than the market allowed for comparable homes w/o system. Solar isn’t a stand alone energy source-but using it where it works is smart;& using multiple sources drives down costs for families- who prosper with more disposable income.

@sipka9699 @ScottOdenbach It was installed 10yrs before I got there, the homeowner at the time bought it from Solar City, she also paid to install it- S.C., I’d assume received tax payer support, like tax payers also support other commodities but I’m not sure how that devalues 15+yrs of no problems+$ back

If the goal of @govkristinoem's veto was to make it easier to use #bticoin in commerce, the exact opposite was achieved. The Veto means bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are still general intangibles in South Dakota, which hurts its negotiability and transferability as a legal matter.
