@charlesjtinant @rstudio Overall great experience. Lots of troubleshooting time saved throughout the semester, and students seem to like the browser based platform. Biggest thing it lacks IMO is ability for multiple users to edit a single rmarkdown file at the same time (virtual office hours).

@jessicaebeyer1 Zotero with the ZotFile plugin to send/retrieve pdfs from iPad works well for me. Preserves markups and notes as well, which is nice.

Any advice on reference management software? I've been using Papers for a while. I like how it syncs between my iPad and computer, but it's getting really buggy. Looking for cheap/free option that won't be impossible to move my current library to.
