Leave it to @OfficialVyStar to do a massive account merger on a holiday weekend then not staff their call center to handle the volume of calls they’re apparently getting. On hold for over 1.5 hours. This is the kind of crap I left them over, hate that 121fcu merged with them.

Is @OfficialVyStar being hacked? Is anyone else getting an error message that they cannot login via website to chat with a VyStar agent or just me? Also, I keep calling but the automative system keeps disconnecting my call. Ugh, I can’t wait to be DONE with this bank!

@OfficialVyStar took over my credit union and its been a living hell...cant get anyone on the phone..the bank has long lines...i Miss my Credit union..now i have to find another one because vystar is HORRIBLE!!!
