NEWS: The Big Ten has sent a letter to the NCAA “to insist” the NCAA “impose a moratorium on investigations and infractions proceedings” related to tampering. The letter lays out the need to “comprehensively reevaluate” rules, which were “designed for a world that no longer exists risks.”

If the conference championship is not a requirement for an autobid:
• Why does a conference have to get to 8 teams? The Pac-12 would not have added Texas State without this requirement. The MWC probably doesn’t add NIU.
• Why is UConn not also eligible for this spot?

Controversial take that I will defend to my grave: All playoff games should be in a dome. I want to see which team is better, not which team slips least. This DEN-NE game is basically just a coin flip. A whole season shouldn't come down to that.
