You need to deeply understand subscriber expectations AND increasingly stringent email scanning systems. What else tells you an email is spam?

Email platforms want to protect their users from malicious content, scams, and unwanted bulk email, even if the sender's intent is not necessarily fraudulent. To land your emails in your subscriber’s inboxes, you can't just avoid obvious no-nos.

You know it when you see it….

whatever a win looks like - capture it with a screenshot or copy and paste - and put it into a dedicated file for your brags. Do you have a brag file?

✅ the client that you helped find the gaps in her funnel to almost double her revenue... ✅ the business friend that you listened to...when they just needed to talk through things...

The most important piece of advice I got from a boss that I've kept 'til this day... Create a Brag File 📁 Back then it was an actual folder and I would print off things to put in it. Her rationale was that most people wouldn't remember your "wins."
