Here is how in the last 6-8 weeks I’ve made 80-100% roi per item sold As you know we’ve had crazy heat in the UK, I was looking at bouncy castles , trampolines and pools But I thought to myself this heat is way too much and most houses are insulated and I myself use a fan or Ac system to cool the room at night Managed to grab 16inch standing fans for £10-12, home bargains had them on and I travelled up and down and got as many as I could , then rang a contact to source some prices and on average managed to get some 16inch standing fans for £12 a pop and I was selling them very easily for £20-23 Another way a friend of mine makes some quick money is whenever there’s a big sale on, for example Next had a 50% sale for kids clothing , they open at 6am, he’ll go around his local neighbourhood (works better if you know them or have some credibility) and make a list to do the shopping for the ones that cannot be at the store early hours, spends 3 hours gets the clothing sorted and slaps a fat premium per customer
