BUT the in-game names for enemies are incorrect. Maybe a mistranslation. For example, these are called "Runners" in game, but they are clearly dogs.

Played a few hours of @GenZeroGame with a buddy today. So far it's been a blast. The aesthetic and setting are really cool, and it's great to see an action survival game that isn't zombies. Scratches a similar itch to DayZ and Ghost Recon Wildlands for me, which is high praise.

@TrevorAdamo Gamefreak really just knows that they have us all on a leash. They can dole out "up-to-date" game features as slow as possible while still raking in the cash. But god damn if this isn't the best Pokemon game we've ever had.

Pokemon Scarlet is absolutely the buggy, janky mess everyone warned me it would be--and is also simultaneously the most fun I've had with a Pokemon game in years
