Isn’t Palantir a federally funded program? I think there is a basis for a lawsuit here. We could even inquire about violations of the Fourth Amendment, given that Palantir essentially acts as a loophole to violate our inalienable rights. Remember, the government answers to us, not the other way around. We, the people, should not tolerate infringements upon our liberties, and it is the duty of a competent citizenry to protect those rights should the government overplay its hand.
