People need to stop taking one person's opinion as the opinion of an entire fandom. Fandoms are huge, and most people don't even know each other. If there's one bad tweet, just ignore it instead of giving it views, fighting another fandom, and bringing it into the TL of your fav.

My ship could be standing 20 feet apart and I'd still find romantic subtext. That's years of professional fandom experience.
