@rohanpaul_ai the version of my business idea that needed 6 people and $200k to start now needs one person and a monthly subscription. the only thing that hasn't changed is whether i'm going to start it

Fortune: Perplexity CEO Aravind Srinivas just argued that AI-driven layoffs could push millions of people out of disliked jobs and into small, AI-powered businesses. AI lowers the cost of starting a company because software can now handle work that once required teams of analysts, support staff, marketers, and junior engineers. That changes the math of entrepreneurship because a founder can use LLMs, automation tools, and AI agents to write copy, answer customers, study competitors, build prototypes, and run back-office work with far fewer employees. His view treats job loss as a temporary shock that opens a path toward one-person or very small firms that produce real revenue without the payroll that older companies needed. But the problem with this scenario is that losing a stable paycheck is painful for most, and many workers cannot instantly become founders, and economists still disagree on whether AI is replacing labor at large scale or merely giving companies a new excuse for cuts. --- fortune .com/2026/03/24/perplexity-ceo-ai-layoffs-not-bad-people-hate-jobs-entrepreneurship/

Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev's on jobs in the AI era: "A lot more people will become entrepreneurs because entrepreneurship is scaled through softwares. And now it's becoming easier to write software. There will be many more software engineers and lawyers"

🚨Holy sh!!t! Claud just made your phone a remote control for your AI worker!! He You may be thinking: how is this different than the computer use feature they already released? The computer use / chrome agent meant that you had to be sitting at your desk to operate it, unless you were running openclaw. - now you can just use Claude dispatch a direct competitor to open claw and works more seamlessly with Claude This new update completely untethers you. You can now text Claude from your phone while riding the train, and it will remotely take over your laptop sitting back at the office. It can open local software like PowerPoint, run code in your Mac's terminal, batch-edit files, and text the finished deliverables directly back to your mobile device. Unironically I was just having a conversation at the same time this video dropped where I had said “when we can use agents on our phone that would be a game changer” and then I was sent this video in thee same minute.. You are no longer bottlenecked by having to physically sit at your desk to execute heavy tasks, run localized workflows, or access local files. You can just deploy an autonomous agent from your pocket to do the heavy lifting for you.
Claude@claudeai

You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks. It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk. Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.

do you understand what Claude just did? > you can now tell Claude to use your entire computer. open apps. navigate your browser. fill spreadsheets. anything you’d do sitting at your desk > uses your connected apps first… Slack, Calendar, integrations. when there’s no connector, it asks permission to open the app on your screen directly > assign a task from your phone. walk away. come back to finished work on your computer > tell it once to scan your email every morning or pull a report every Friday and it just handles it > macOS only right now. research preview in Cowork and Claude Code > not long ago you needed a custom framework just to get Claude running on a loop. now it’s fully native → dispatch from your phone… native → scheduled recurring tasks… native → remote monitoring… native → multi-agent coordination… native → persistent memory across sessions… native every feature that made agentic frameworks valuable is becoming a platform feature for Claude the AI race just got way more interesting

OpenAI and Anthropic looked at the market and basically said: "Nice models… shame nobody knows what to do with them" So now they’re launching consulting arms to install AI inside companies Turns out the real bottleneck isn’t intelligence… it’s implementation

Google just quietly dropped something insane in AI Studio. Vibe coding is now built directly into the platform, and it feels like cheating. You describe what you want to build. It writes the code. It previews it live. It iterates with you in real time. No IDE. No setup. No stack overflow at 2am. This is what building used to take weeks to do. Google just made it an afternoon project. The gap between people who can build and people who cannot just got a lot smaller. And most people still have not opened AI Studio once. What are you waiting for?

I definitely have to try the new Health feature by Perplexity Computer! 3 years using LLMs only for writing code and now I'm starting to connect them with my personal data This is a great example of how you can skip paying for apps, or just build one yourself, because Computer does it with a single prompt I'll start feeding it some of my workout/sleep data this weekend and report back Stay tuned, I'll be sharing the dashboards it generates from this data
Perplexity@perplexity_ai

Perplexity Computer now connects to your health apps, wearable devices, lab results, and medical records. Build personalized tools and applications with your health data, or track everything in your health dashboard.
