Of course, it's fair to say both parties have some level of shared responsibility but if we really wants the problems solved, we must be able to demand accountability from the right quarters. It's easy and convenient to just blame the current administration but the question is, what investment was done prior to meet the growing needs of the citizens? Of the two, one is trying to make investments in the right areas to forestall the problem and other only concentrated on consumption and procurement engineering. This definitely require a long explanation but the truth is that investment in the energy sector under JDM is unmatched by any leader in the fourth republic.
