Obviously everyone has heard about the lawsuit with Topstep…. I have been paying lawyers to go back and forth with their lawyers at Six figures up to this point… We have tried multiple times to come up with a resolution that is fair for both parties but it is clear TS attorneys are trying to drag this out as long as possible to bleed my wallet. In their complaint they state that I misrepresented my success while I was an affiliate for them. Which I truly believe all of my subscribers and followers know I make more as an affiliate per month than from trading. youtu.be/n_Ol2NE9Qds?si… The also claimed I leaked confidential information but showed no proof. The settlement/NDA was not hush money it was money that was owed from December commissions while I was an affiliate that they didn’t want to pay me that they contractually had to pay me. They made me sign a big NDA full of lawyer mombo jumbo in hopes I would violate it. They wanted me to sign an exclusive affiliate deal in 2024 and I saw the writing on the wall with their livestream and the future of their business cutting off affiliates at some point. We agreed to me staying on as affiliate but not being exclusive. When I announced that I was promoting APEX they instantly cut me and locked me out. No email no nothing after 2 years of making the millions of dollars. The shitty part about this whole ordeal is they can just keep requesting more and more information creating more work for my lawyers to continue running up the billable hours trying to hurt me financially this is nothing more than lawyer warfare. The only people making money out of this deal are the attorneys. This is the issue with corporate lawsuits like this TS is just trying to hurt me financially and nothing else. They see me as a direct competitor and know it’ll cost a lot of money just filing responses to their complaint. The initial complaint was posted by an anonymous Twitter account with the intent of hurting my brand and person. Wonder who would have known about the complaint in the first place? Before anyone else publicly I wonder? Welcome to the USA where companies use Lawsuits to financially strain their competitors. My lawyers will probably be pissed I posted this but this whole thing is nothing more than corporate warfare. The BDH will continue to thrive and grow while the TS stream continues losing money daily and losing viewers.

@I_Am_The_ICT At a point,we all have to pause and ask ourselves "what is holding these markets together, or who." You can toggle from candlestick to line chart or bars etc, that is the output of some engineered input. The simple logic of computer science, input,processing & output. The Algo

When people online share their unsolicited opinions on whether markets are Algo driven or not, or that "candlesticks don't prove anything"... they are the same people who don't want to wake up. They want to stay asleep... keep their normalcy bias intact. Not one of these people can make the case as to why and how Price locks in on my PD Arrays, that were never mentioned by any other Mentor or Educator in history. Why do these buying and selling pressures respect the logic I revealed to you? You are forced to admit one of the two most painful arguments, like it or not. Either the Markets are Algorithmically driven and rigged to the tick or... I am the most lucky Trader on this planet. Either answer I am content with... but you can't escape both. Toodles.

Good Morning Folks... I trust you and yours are well. I wanted to pop in and remind you that - my usual schedule & social media activity, content creation & lectures... including trade executions... typically pauses the week prior to Thanksgiving. I and my family are in the thick of holiday preparations and this will prevent me from being much of an active persona until January, going forward. I have 20 specific prerecorded lectures already lined up for January 2025, which will present well rounded analysis to execution stage understanding. As I playfully teased when Bitcoin breached 100k, I would indeed bring Forex reviews back to my YouTube channel in 2025. These begin February 10, 2025. Additionally, I will be including general commodites in my weekly analysis, as well. Something new and for shoestring budget minded traders... I will finally cover options... in March 2025. Most of 2025 Mentorship is comprised of me outlining what I think the markets will do then share how I traded them with live funds, my actual money not demo prop or market replay on Tradingview... as "ICT" doesn't roll like that. My goal is to immitate a new student who has studied my Mentorship content and found consistency in their walk forward stage in demo trading for 3 to 6 months. Income Trading is the sole focus of 2025 Mentorship. It is my landmark nuts to bolts on how one can transition from study, practice and the eventual realized profit stage.
