Excited to share that our work, which formed part of my PhD with @GRK2599, is now published. In this paper, we describe a CRISPR-Cas9 approach for the in vivo loss-of-function studies on individual murine B cell genes within the germinal center reaction. frontiersin.org/journals/immun…
