67 women attended our knowledge exchange session at our Hackney hub yesterday. Collaborating re community saving bank models, healing practices & programming across 2 boroughs. Thank you to Sirad/Fadhiya & our 16 colleagues across 2 women’s hubs. #Women #Health @wesstreeting

Big thanks to @deely_z & @SheffCouncil for dropping off these winter packs, which we have disrupted to YP & families. It’s getting cold out there 🥶. The hot water bottle/gloves have been a big hit. We’re doing what we can to tackle fuel poverty together this winter #TeamUnity

Our youth sessions have been busy as ever this winter. We’re pleased to offer a safe space for young people to let off steam after school. These box jumps are harder than they look! 📦 Transforming lives one rep at a time #TeamUnity

4: Step 3 - tie the rope to the chain and feed it over the steel

1: This morning we re-hung the heavy bag 🥊 (the wall bracket has been out of order). We also re organised the core area, creating more room for kettle bell exercises, bag work & core. No ladders, so we had to use some initiative. Here’s how we did it #TeamUnity
