Ausgestattet ist die JAGDUHR 3006 mit einer außergewöhnlichen Komplikation, wie sie bei unseren Uhren hier zum ersten Mal Verwendung findet. This old Swiss Lord Nelson has exactly the kind of charm I look for in a used watch. It is light on the wrist, likely around 60 years old, still running, and built around a simple, classic dial with a great red day window. The date quick-sets. The day does not. That just means it is better when it stays in the rotation. The case shows age. The acrylic could take a polish. The new black strap works, though a more vintage option would be fun. It’s all about the blue. The Invicta Subaqua 1535 has a light blue silicone strap, matching dial accents, a 50mm case, and 217g of wrist presence. Big watches need loving too. The Invicta Akula 22370 is oversized, heavy, a little polarizing, and better looking than it has any right to be. The copper-toned dial really carries it.
