Of all the great prospects Ohio State has in this year's class, I wouldn't hesitate for a second calling Caleb Downs the surest thing. Never out of position. Hits someone, they just stop. Never misses a tackle. Football IQ, instincts, versatility. He'll be someone's Pro Bowler.
