I had a word with supervisor. He was not helpful at all. I asked for senior call back but he denied to arrange a call back with any senior team. He even denied to provide my nodal officer name.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You customer service is pathetic. I have 1 year recharge active and did 379 recharge today as got notification that rates will increase But my plan does not get extended Instead,They merged the plan only I spoke to supervisor and he denied to help.

When i got a notification. It was no where mentioned that I need to do the same recharge only to extend the plan. I checked the plans on thanks app but not mentioned there to do the same recharge only.Just want a refund of 379 INR which got wasted. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Govt should stop saying how much O2 is available but tell us how much has been supplied and to which hospital. As far back as October 2020, the Standing Committee of Parliament for Health had warned of the acute shortage in O2 cylinders in output & supply. Govt did not bother.
