Smart brains must go in private sector rather than going abroad, which is a permanent pattern. The leftover IQ from struggling backbgrounds go to civil services and defence forces and we know what is the outcome. I dont care how much you are worth it till the time your outcome is not worth for this country, and usually its a complete fail.Babucracy is what has gone the most wrong with Pakistan. Not just CSS but the graduates of UET who lead PTCL, PIA, WAPDA, HEC, HMC, Authorities & 100 other similar govt institutes ruined Pakistan. These toppers destroy every single process, project or institution they touch! That's the reality, and no one can deny the data.

Every entiry must be taxed. ▫️Any state woned entity or authority, if not earning, must be either privatized or closed. No subsidy or grant! ▫️Every government vehicle should have a QR code with online info against it so that people can know if it's misused.

A city whose citizens were patriotic enough to build an international airport with their own resources and even launch an international airline. And above all, Sialkot gave us two towering poets, Allama Iqbal and Faiz Ahmed Faiz. This is the kind of legacy a city should cherish and be proud of.
