Is there a system that is more frustrating or worse designed than @SF_England? Just trying to put in financial info to support my daughter's student loan application is more convoluted than reading The Magus.

@SF_England @georgermburn You can help us all in one single action, figure out what’s wrong with the website! STOP blaming the universities, it’s clearly an issue with the connection to the API SfE are using for retrieving course data, and as the site provider, SfE are responsible for fixing that!

How about a response, @SF_England? I've already wasted about two hours on this today, and am now stuck on hold on your phone system (and no, the website doesn't work). Your systems are absolutely appalling, are you trying to stop loans being taken out?

@SF_England I don’t see how it’s down to them, I haven’t even told you it’s with The OU, it doesn’t even get past the first part.

@almostengineer_ We don't use DM anymore. You can message us from your SFE account via live chat/secure message. If your course is with the OU you would need to speak to them regarding this as the issue seems to be with their course details. Thanks, Claire

@SF_England No, I’ve tried using different computer, browsers, and even connections, always the same, and other people on my course are having similar issues.
