I've been in fandom spaces for about 16 years and... a weird recurring situation is... fans of characters who are considered evil/assholes being generally more level-headed and peaceful than fans of nice/lovable characters, who often behave aggressively. In every fandom.

@allforkevjean I wish :(( we've got tests as well and if you've got more unexcused absences the lecturer can just fail you

@allforkevjean It's pretty much half of ours 😭 most lectures have a tutorial class as well (either equivalent or longer), the ones that don't are usually seminars or just "filler". I don't have any experience with labs but from what I heard from e.g. medicine students those are even stricter

@allforkevjean Wait what… we usually have two absences available 😭 that's the norm here for all kinds of degrees. Lectures are usually optional but there's seminars and tutorials
