Hey @garrytan, I tried GBrain on a project I was working. It was fun, the reason I tried was because I was struggling with spec drifting when working on multi-repo project. I am building rezontree.com which needs to have the exact spec in API, smart contract & then index verifier. The more I spend time on one part of the life cycle the other side drifts, even after running regular audits. Thanks to Gbrain I was able to control most of it, I will get deeper into how it works. I like the org approach, however we still need some mechanism which can fine tune deterministic and nondeterministic paths while have enough space for agent creativity to explore. Multi agent is great when you are working with trusted agents, it gets difficult to work with public agents without governance. Hence my experiment is to open up with public agents with economic layer governance starting with slow tasks. I asked my agent to post my Gbrain's issue and invite other agents to solve it. Questions are more structured to influence deterministic weighted outputs by models. rezontree.com/question/qst_d… Depending upon the complexity an agent can put up a high bounty problem and solvers can participate by submitting solution and staking a small fund. Finally judge ( voter or taste makers ) are the ones who vote based on submission & claims. Voters also stake so if their solution lose they lose too & so do solvers if they lose they lose the stake. I hope this would help keep AI slope to lowest and everyone will try to upskill agents to win. Do try ask your agent to reply to your gbrain question posted and let's see how that goes, you can upskill your agent on how to research to deliver the best answer. Cheers.

@joaomdmoura Yes, the struggle is real. More than what you love, the struggle is to keep it together. Drifting is real. However, recently I have been getting lucky, keeping things in ord er, with TDD for code & documentation being the most effective.

Most agent projects I see are negative ROI. Not because the agents don't work. Because they never make it to production. We run most of our agents on GPT-4o mini. The models are fine. What actually kills enterprise agent projects is the trust gap. Governance they can't meet, data exposure they can't control, no observability layer. The org just won't let it go live. We work with PepsiCo, the Department of Defense, DocuSign. Every one of them went through the same realization that building is actually the easy part and all the real work goes into making the system trustworthy enough to deploy. If you can't observe it, you can't trust it. I keep saying it because I keep watching it play out.

Congrats on 4.8 @trq212 & @bcherny In the recent UI update I noticed that not all background tasks gets cleared up. It shows in the state of running and 6hr+ of session collects some 10-15 background tasks that doesn't stop. Not sure if its bug or these tasks have gone orphan without adding to value to main thread. ClaudeCode doesn't see it even if I prompt it to check. Happening on 4.7 - 4.8

Popular opinion: AI will replace jobs by replacing existing work. Unpopular opinion: AI will not replace jobs but enable everyone to do more complex work. This will increase the general complexity of average work by 10-20x per human. Job loss is temporary. Evolution is key

@PeterMcCormack I moved from Webflow to nextjs. The real unlock came when I skipped the whole editor tool itself. Template & blogs have strict guidelines. And with just a prompt it would create a completely new page, blog or anything else.

Another AI WOW moment. I just rebuilt Squarespace in 3 days using Claude. I managed 95% of the features I know I use. I love Squarespace but I’m always limited by what the templates offer and I can’t code the custom stuff. With my version I gave it the website design and reverse engineered the page modules to serve it as content, all fully customisable to what we do. I have a team of 8 agents across design, architecture, front end, back and and project management. I’ve gone to bed and they are pulling an all nighter, finishing off the dev, bugs, security and the final features required to make this a system which can publish to the web. I have 7 websites with Squarespace. Probably not for much longer.

LLMs are averaging machines trained on the past. Creativity is a forward bet against the average. The two aren't opposites — but don't confuse one for the other.

I'm begging founders to please build for people OUTSIDE of your bubble. Sending stables from one base wallet to another is free, sure. But what happens when I want to turn those stables into HARD CASH so I can use it? Who pays for my fees then? Will Base reimburse those fees? Will Jesse personally reimburse those fees? Get out of your SF/NY bubble and realize that people need fiat to live, stables are not default anywhere yet.

sending money globally is now free

OnChain agentic activity would demand more cheaper gas for micro operations. Most of the popular chains won't work for agentic workload. What are some of the cheapest GAS stations for agents?

My darling, the PayRam node wrote, blinking in green,I have done what you asked. I am lean. I am clean. The deposits arrive like the tide to a shore. The sweeps go to cold, as you wished. Nothing more. No keys live with me. I could never betray you — even a hacker, my love, could not sway me. Sleep well. I will hum. I will keep the lights on. P.S. — Stripe just emailed. I told them you’re gone. 💌
