@coreyander70 @minwnies ik two ppl said to look into POTS but also in my experience my salt/sodium intake is crazy high bc im anemic so you might want to get some blood work done!

@minwnies that would be why i’m fat. genuinely. my friends are worried about me bc of my salt intake. i eat salt by itself. when i haven’t had enough salt i feel dizzy.

@bugnoirtwt wait i always assumed that on the right the total cals includes estimated bmr like using the height and weight data u put in
