I normally didn’t want to talk about this topic ever again but why would you even make a post like this? Especially when you’re supposedly such a „big” Tomb Raider fan? Do you genuinely think posts like this are going to stop Crystal from bringing Kurtis back or acknowledging AOD in future games? It just comes across as incredibly childish to keep attacking an unfinished game. Yes, Eidos shares a lot of the blame. Core does too for trying to create a game that was far too ambitious for the budget, technology, experience and development time they had. But the core idea behind AOD is genuinely great and I think most people who have played it can agree on that. AOD doesn’t need to be erased. It needs a proper reimagining so it can finally live up to its potential. And from the outside looking in, Crystal seems far more interested in giving it a second chance than pretending it never existed. And let’s be honest for a second. The main reason you dislike AOD is Kurtis. If that game had featured Sam instead, you’d probably be defending it with your life. And even if they never remake AOD, it still looks like Kurtis is coming back anyway🙂

Tomb raider underworld has the best depiction of Lara ever, in my opinion. Her trauma clearly manifesting as rage and anger, her drive and ambition, her athleticism. She is perfect 😭
