Curious: do you prefer filling out a contact form, or booking a call straight into someone’s calendar? 👀

@igorvoroshilov Interesting! What are they expecting to see on the PDF? About, case studies and processes?

@codeandwander Oh that’s the question. Should have both I think. But also depends on your audience. So in Japan it is neither one or another. They prefer to download some PDF first. I’ve been trying to do it with booking a call, and sometimes it works, but mostly not as I can see it.

The fold never really went away — those first 3 seconds at the top of your site are where people decide to stay (or leave).
