I've already had to enable iOS screen calling to get my sanity back, it put a stop to 3-5 calls a day from random numbers.
It will screen anyone not in your contacts: they leave a note + it transcribes as a notification, and you can pick up if you want.
I never have.

Here's a Bash script that stitches together `llm` and `files-to-prompt` (from @simonw) to run an iterative TDD loop to make a set of tests pass.
