The Legacy bill includes funding to address nitrates in groundwater and drinking water, including specific support for responding to the nitrate contamination crisis in SE MN. It funds efforts to deter the spread of invasive carp and protect our lakes, river, and native species.

The best way to count ballots is with electronic tabulators. The machines are tested for accuracy before and after Election Day. Other methods of ballot tabulation, such as hand-counting ballots, are inaccurate due to human error and takes considerably longer to produce results.
