@benbendc @kevinroose In fact artists have used AI positively and creatively for a very long time, so I agree. I don’t understand how Allen’s piece makes a case for automatic AI Art I do wonder what it says about that Colorado competition however!!

@kevinroose Soon after photography was invented, the French painter Paul Delaroche, declared: “From today, painting is dead." I think artists will find creative ways to use AI generators & continue to create other art forms.
