Every person I've met who "eats loads and never puts on weight" doesn't actually eat loads. I suspect they just enjoy food when it's put in front of them, but otherwise don't really feel hungry

My dad is genetically skinny. He's 66 and has to deliberately do things to *keep weight on.* That said, a big part of this is calorie burning we don't realize we do- fidgeting, walking around, constantly being in motion. My dad is like that as am I, which his probably related.

Our 4 year old had to wait 4.5 hours just to be triaged in A&E last night. She couldn’t move her arm & cried every time she tried to. We were there for almost 7 hours & at no point was she offered any pain relief, water or food. The NHS is failing patients @wesstreeting
