Situation of the day. What's the current rule if in a stud game, the bring in folds despite there not being a raise. Does the empty seat get a card, or are they skipped? (They used to deal a card to that seat)

Congrats go out to the Golden Nugget for defending their title on the highest rake charged in Las Vegas. Others have tried, but GN keeps raising the bar higher. Lol $195+55 is the highest rake I've ever seen for a one day mixed event! @grumpy696
