Built another practice project while learning vibe coding on Replit, Park Ranker. This one taught me more about structure, ranking systems, and user experience. Still experimenting, still learning, still building. park-ranker-1--heisemann.replit.app

What changed for NovaMart: Every customer email gets a reply in under 60 seconds, any time of day. Spam never touches the AI, so nothing is wasted. Admin stays informed without checking their inbox constantly. Support went from burden to system.

I built a system that reads every customer email, decides if it is worth responding to, and writes a personalised reply in under 60 seconds. It runs 24 hours a day. It never misses an email. It never gets tired. Here is exactly how it works. 🧵

@naira_trader @rhemtem I just wanted to jump back in and say I really appreciate the manager @rhemtem who reached out to me this morning. After all the back-and-forth, he was super helpful, listened to my concerns, and got everything sorted out. I now have my Phase 2 account. It was an excellent support

@naira_trader @naira_trader it's been almost 2 weeks since I commented about my account being unjustly violated, and even after referring me to @rhemtem nothing has been done and I haven't received my phase 2 account. It wasn't nice using your platform, bye.

@nairaprop Hello @nairaprop, I'm a professional trader and I've been trying to get into your challenge for weeks since I made a request for an account but it hasn't been given to me yet. I just checked the leaderboard and 80% of the people there aren't even active. Why not give me a chance?

I looked into why many Web3 products struggle to retain users. Not from a technical perspective, but from a UX point of view. Here's what consistently goes wrong: 1 - The Onboarding Drop-Off In most cases, the first interaction looks like this: connect wallet, switch network, sign message. All before the user fully understands the product. At this stage, users aren't exploring. They're evaluating risk. Many leave here. The system asks for commitment before establishing clarity. 2 - The Moment of Hesitation Even when users proceed, there's a noticeable pause right before confirming a transaction. That hesitation isn't friction. It's uncertainty. Users are asking themselves: What am I approving? What will this cost? What happens after this? The interface doesn't fully communicate consequences before action. 3 - Where Risk Becomes Invisible In several products, key details are either minimized or unclear: token approvals, gas fees, slippage. This often makes the interface look cleaner, but at the cost of user awareness. Critical information is treated as optional, not essential. 4 - The Knowledge Gap Most interfaces assume familiarity with concepts like liquidity, contract interactions, and network states. For new users, this creates immediate cognitive overload. The design expects understanding instead of guiding it. 5 - The Silent System After a transaction is initiated, users are often left with "Processing..." Behind the scenes, multiple things are happening. But the interface doesn't reflect that. Users don't know if it succeeded, failed, or is still pending. System state is not translated into user feedback. 6 - The Weight of Ownership Web3 gives users full control. But with that comes responsibility: managing assets, approving contracts, handling errors. In many cases, that responsibility is introduced without enough support. Ownership is exposed before it is understood. What This Tells Us Across these cases, the pattern is consistent. The technology works. The system is sound. But the interface fails to make it understandable. That gap is where users drop off. I'll keep documenting UX patterns like this as I explore Web3 through interfaces and systems.

I built a system on n8n that responds to every inbound lead in under 30 seconds. Personalised email. Pulled from my past client work. Reviewed and approved by me before anything sends. Zero manual effort. Here is exactly how it works. 🧵
