@Toyota My Toyota battery with 84 months of warranty was damaged and the dealer told me that it has no warranty because they had already changed it with the car's warranty and it hasn't even been used for a year. Lousy policy.

@Toyota Ive been calling main# since Aug 16. Keep getting told "no one is available" & someone will call in 24hrs which doesnt happen. No one will send me to supervisor since mgrs wont call me. My 3 yr old Tacoma is in pieces at dealership. So much for customer service. PLZ HELP!
